It depends on the certification. Foundation courses (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2) require no prerequisites. Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, and CISM courses are designed for professionals with experience in information security or risk management.
We offer three formats: Live Online (instructor-led training via Zoom, camera on), Self-Paced (modules at your own pace, available for selected PECB certifications), and On-Site (training at your premises in Portugal or Europe, from 5 participants).
Yes. PECB certifications are recognized in over 150 countries and comply with ISO/IEC 17024 standards. ISACA certifications (CISM, CISA, CRISC) are recognized globally as the gold standard in IT governance and information security.
PECB focuses on ISO standards (27001, 31000, 27005) and European regulations (DORA, NIS2). ISACA specializes in IT governance and security management (CISM, CISA, CRISC). Both are complementary: PECB for technical implementation, ISACA for strategic management.

Live trainings are delivered in Portuguese or English depending on the session. PECB course materials and exams are available in Portuguese and English. ISACA exams are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, and other languages.

Our DORA and NIS2 trainings integrate the Portuguese context: CNCS obligations, electronic self-identification platform, Banco de Portugal/CMVM/ASF requirements for DORA, and the specifics of essential and important entities under Decreto-Lei 125/2025.
